Lohan Convicted in Latest Celebrity DUI Proceeding

A true testament to the fact that they can affect anyone, celebrity DUIs are seemingly ubiquitous.
The latest DUI celebrity scandal involves actress Lindsay Lohan who has been sentenced to 90 days in prison and 90 days in rehab for violating the terms of her 2007 DUI conviction.
The lawyer for the actress, Shawn Chapman Holley of Los Angeles firm Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisert, resigned as a result of the sentencing. The actress is now looking for a new legal team that will appeal the ruling.
After receiving her sentencing in a dramatic and tearful display, Lohan has maintained that she did not receive a fair hearing.
Other recent celebrity DUI proceedings have included actor Chris Klein, musician Vince Neal, and actress Amy Locane.
