Can I get the DUI dropped if I was trying to help my friend?
I was at a party with a close friend when a huge fight broke out. He was injured in the fight and I was scared for our safety. We fled the house by getting in a car and driving off. On our way home, I was pulled over by an officer for speeding. I tried to explain the situation to him, but he wouldnt listen. I failed the breathalyzer test and he gave me a DUI. Can I defend myself in court?
