Go the county in which the case was filed / prosecuted and have them run a criminal background check on you. You will be able to access whatever records they have of the case there. (If you do not live near the county, call the county clerk's office and ask them the procedure for getting the records sent to you. You will probably have to make a written request, they will check the records and send you a bill, you pay it, they send you the records.)
