I was charged with a DUI and I want to know the punishments I could be facing. Is it for sure that I could end up in jail?

The rang of punishment varies depending on whether this is a first, second, third (or more) offense, there are also complications with prior conduct that is not DWI related, if you have prior convictions for other crimes, they may be considered for punishment purposes - note I said "may" it all depends on the factors.

Answer Applies to: Texas - Replied: 8/22/2011
