What happens if I violated a DUI probation with a dismissed DUI?
I was on probation for my DUI, but then the case was dismissed. Now I am getting notices sent to my house telling me that I violated probation and must report to court. I am afraid that I could facing harsher punishments. Can I prove to them that my case was dismissed and thats why I violated probation?
